Chennai Storytelling Festival – Yoga and Storytelling Workshop

In a world full of distractions, yoga grounds us. Storytelling helps us make sense of our lives. Together, they offer a sacred space to explore identity, release stress, and spark imagination. Whether you’re on the mat or telling or listening stories , both practices invite you to show up honestly, breathe deeply, and tell your truth. Yoga and storytelling may seem like two different worlds—one rooted in physical stillness and inner peace, the other driven by words, characters, and plot. But at their core, both are practices of connection. When combined, they create a powerful medium for self-expression, healing, and transformation.
In this workshop we explore how we can incorporate yoga aspects like poses, breath work and also explore the philosophy of yoga through stories.
